Congratulations to a job well done. Now I really need to get started with mine.

Gorgeous! I MUST start mine. Where did you find the buttons? I thought about the Chinese knot, but that's soooo many buttons. Inspirational!

VA, VA (and might I add...) VOOM!

You look spectacular in it - you've got it, strut it, and enjoy it!

You make me very proud - thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Oh, Annie, if you ever come back, bless you! That's not me! That's my 26-yr-old daughter! And thank you for the pattern!

Lisa, those buttons were just La Mode buttons from Joann's - only $12 for all. But they sort of look like a black rose. I took my corset there and picked up every possibility and had the lady there help me decide. Then I had to go to two Joann's to get the quantity!

Thank you for your nice words on my blog.

The last sweater on my blog, on which you commented that it would look nice on your daughter, you can find the pattern, for free at

http://www.garnstudio.com

then click on the english/american/canadian flag, and then on "DROPS patterns in english", and then on page 10, and then on pattern 81-28, and there it is:-))

And yes, your daughter would problably look stunning in that as well!

Thank you all!! I love getting comments. And if you guys like it, you should make it too! That KAL will help you through it. And you don't have to get expensive yarn. I think I spent around $30 and I had an entire skein left over untouched.
